| 장비설명 | 이 장치는 의료기기 전기 전자 및 자동차 관련 시험품(부품포함)에 대하여 고객이 요구하는 열 충격시험용으로 국내규격과 국제규격시험을 만족하는 장치로서 2-Zone과 3-Zone 시험이 모두 가능한 장치이다. 장치의 내부용량이 커서 대용량 시험에 적합하며 시험품에 급격한 온도(고온 및 저온)변화를 주어 발생 가능한 불량률을 저하하여 고객으로부터의 신뢰성 및 제품원가를 줄여 경쟁력을 높이는데 주목적으로 사용하는 장치이다. |
| 원리 및 특성 | 1. Thermal Shock Chambers for environmental stress screening and thermal shock testing defined generally in air-to-air configurations(definition). 2. Manufactures must show their capable test standards and test type that is guaranteed within their chamber specs. They should manifest recovery times in a certain conditions and specimen. 3. This system shall feature shorter temp. recovery and heat-up and pull-down rates reduced energy consumption ozone friendly HFC refrigerant marked to make recycle able materials (for molded plastic parts) and reduced noise and space requirements.4.
