| 장비설명 | 진공 중에서 고속의 전자를 대음극에 충돌시킬 때 방출되는 일차 X-선을 시료에 조사하면 시료의 구성원소의 원자로부터 2차 X-선이라고 하는 전자파가 발생되고, 이 형광 X-선은 각 원소 고유의 에너지를 갖고 일정 파장으로 나타나는데 분광계에 의해 각각의 파장을 분리하여 각도에 따른 강도를 측정함으로써 물질의 함량을 정성 및 정량 측정 |
