| 장비설명 | "Shottky 전계방사형 전자총으로부터 방출된 전자빔을 시료 표면에 조사시킴으로써 시료표면에서 방출되는 2차전자(SE) 및 후방산란전자(BSE)를 검출하여 시료의 표면 형태나 표면 정보 등 미세구조를 관찰할 수 있는 장비. 저전압 FE-SEM으로 초저가속전압(1kV이하)에서도 고배율 이미지를 관찰할 수 있어 시료 표면 손상이 일어나기 쉬운 유기재료 등의 표면 관찰 가능. 다양한 위치의 다양한 detector(UED, USE, LED, RBED)를 통해 원하는 이미지의 구현과 비교가 가능." |
