| 장비설명 | ○ Flow Cytometry Sorter는 레이저를 기반으로 세포 표면 및 세포 내에서 특별히 발현되는 단백질 및 입자의 특징을 인식하여 세포의 항원표현형에 따라 특정세포를 정밀분석 선택적으로 분리하는 장비임. ○ 특히 다양한 세포 중 필요세포군을 순도가 높게 선택적으로 세포를 분리하는데 널리 활용되어 왔으며 단일세포단위를 Micro well-plate 기반에 Single Cell Sorting이 가능함 |
